After months of searching for a company to replace our roof, I was lucky to find JD Roofing. From start to finish, JD Roofing is a 5-star experience – the first and last person you’ll talk to is Chris, I kid you not, the best account manager in the industry. Their prices are spot on, and I can’t stress that enough. If you get a quote for less, you’re not getting the quality you need. If you get a quote for more, you’re paying too much. These guys are the real deal. My roof was no easy chore, but they did it right and consulted me on every surprise – JD is a top notch industry expert and his crew is unmatched. They had no issue with me taking a look for myself at damages from ice dams and worked with me to find ideal solutions. JD and crew proposed and installed better-than-original solutions to complex problems created by some of the best builders and architects in Cleveland. After they left, the only thing you could tell that changed was my new beautiful roof – spotless cleanup. Seriously, these guys are unmatched any way you slice it.

Mr. David & JD Roofing is the best around! What a wonderful price & experience compares to Pyramid Roofing, which was a very poor experience. I’m so thankful for this company being there for me!!!

I can’t say enough about this company – so professional and my roof looks amazing. The entire roof was completed in one day – complete tear-off, new wood, new shingles, clean-up – rehanging gutters. Great bunch of people on the crew.

A+ Great Job!

When I first met with Bill, he took the time to evaluate and explain what needed to be done to our roof. His estimate was detailed and clear. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He was also very easy to reach by phone.

I was very happy to know that they have their own crew. NO sub-contracting! The workers showed up early and started working right away. They were very careful with our landscaping and made sure nothing would get damaged. After the roof was completed, they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. Spotless! Not one nail or shingle left behind.

The next day, Bill returned to our home and checked to see if we had any other questions or concerns and made sure that we were completely satisfied.

We are very pleased with JD Roofing and have already recommended them to others.

Highly Recommended

JD Roofing is definitely highly recommended and a company I would use again. They replaced our roof and a few miscellaneous pieces of damaged siding we needed done. The job was done in one day at affordable prices. They have their own crew that came out and they worked together nicely and quickly. We are extremely pleased with the way everything looks and their professional way of handling business. We were surprised when John, the owner was on the job working with his crew as well as Bill, the project manager, who stays and overlooks the job in progress. The clean up was remarkable. There was not anything left behind for us to do.

What I thought was going to be a few roofing repairs because my roof was only 11 years old, turned into a complete tear down and starting over! I am sure glad I made the right decision. I was home the day of installation and I saw the rotten wood that had to be removed and replaced. It wasn’t only a few bad pieces, it was many!!! I am reassured that I will never have to worry about this again. Thanks Bill and the crew of J D Roofing.

We were extremely satisfied by the work done by JD Roofing. Bill the salesman was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He was approachable and easy to reach by phone with any questions or concerns. The roofers worked hard and got the work done in one day. The cleanup was spotless!!!! All of our flower pots and solar lights were put back in the same spot that they had been in and the yard was left in excellent condition after the roof tear off and new roof installment! It’s refreshing to work with a company that does a great job!

JD Roofing & Exteriors FANTASTIC!

Do you know the feeling when you HAVE to hire someone to replace your roof, have siding put on, etc. but you are a little apprehensive because, you don’t know these people you are talking to. You ask yourself, will they take my money and run? Will they help me with an insurance claim? Will they use less than standard materials? Will they stand behind their work? I was there and I thought the same things when I hired JD Roofing to replace our roof, but I am here to tell you, they did a fine job and Bill was at our home whenever our insurance agent was to make sure the insurance company treated us right. Bill talked with our agent and I basically didn’t have to do anything. They have been to our home several times. We had a tree fall on our house after a wind storm, Bill and the crew were there the next morning getting the tree off of it. It’s really nice knowing when I need something done and I call JD roofing, it will be done, done right and I have nothing to worry about after I make that call to them. I very seldom endorse a company, but with these guys, I would recommend them HIGHLY.

Great Experience

It’s been over a month since JD Roofing replaced my roof and added soffit vents in my eaves. I have to say, I’m quite pleased with both the company I chose and my new roof. I had already gotten 3 estimates from different companies, and thought I decided which one I wanted to use. A friend had recently had a roof replaced by JD Roofing, and I thought: for kicks I’ll just get one more estimate (from JD Roofing). Bill Ruple impressed me from the start. He was down to earth, and did a great job at selling his company. I could tell he was passionate and proud of the work his company does. The price quoted was more than fair, especially with the addition of adding soffit vents and covers.

My wife and I finally decided to go with JD Roofing. It was about a month from signing the contract to when the roof was replaced, but it was worth the wait. The crew arrived around 0745, and worked endlessly until lunch. After the break, they again worked endlessly until the job was done and it was dark. For the entire day they were at my house, the entire crew was professional and polite. If Bill hadn’t pointed John Dostal out to me, I would’ve never guessed who he was out of all the crew. It not every day you see a company owner working along side and just as hard as his crew. Every option we chose was completed to our satisfaction. I even had an issue I addressed with Bill about a week after the new roof, and he was very courteous and prompt about resolving the issue to my satisfaction.

Overall, we are quite satisfied with our roof and the quality of work that was done. We highly recommend JD Roofing, and will definitely use this company on any future home purchases needing roof repair or replacement.

Excellence

Excellence is something you see too little of these days. When someone tells you they will do this or that, more often than not, you are surprised when they actually deliver. Well, J.D. Roofing delivered! Everything (I repeat, EVERYTHING!) they told me they would do was done, done right, and the first time! I was home during most of the removal of the two layers of shingles and several boards (I don’t recommend it..lol) and I got to see all of the debris and old shingles removed. However, everything was covered with tarp and not one bush or shrub was damaged. The clean-up was amazing. Seriously, you always here of nails be left behind or finding pieces of shingles for the next ten years, but when they finished you couldn’t tell they were ever here.

Most importantly, the roof looks great and we have had several rains (some torrential) and not one concern or problem. Flawless.

Bill Ruple came out and gave us an estimate. The price was reasonable and better than a previous quote we received from someone else. The thing is, he came off as completely honest and I trusted his word. Even better, he kept his word and made the whole process as painless as possible.

Simply put, I could not recommend J.D. Roofing more highly!

From the very beginning when Bill Ruple the salesman came out to give me an estimate I knew that this would be a positive experience. Bill was very thorough on explaining the roofing process from start to finish and was patient with all of my questions(and I had a lot!) and never at any time made me feel like I was taking up a lot of his time Bill also told me he would be here when the crew came out to start the tear off and he came through on his word! I was told they would be at my house at 8am.to start and the whole crew was in my drive with all of the tools to do the job at 8am.!Wow how often does that happen? The crew couldn’t have been any nicer and they worked non stop till the job was done. As a matter of a fact I am a small business owner in the food industry so I made sure I had lunch for them and as hot as it was outside that day (in the upper 80s)it was like pulling teeth to get them to take a small break to come down from the roof and grab something to eat. When the salesman told me they are hard workers that was an understatement! I can’t say enough good about this roofing co. Professional, courteous and quality workmanship I give this co. an A+++. Oh and I almost forgot.. the owner was on the roof the whole time with his crew doing the roof which was very impressive. So all I can say is that if you need a roof you shouldn’t hesitate to call them. Thanks again J.D.Roofing I am VERY happy with my new roof!

I was very happy with the work John, Chris, Tony, Jay, Scotty, Kyle did on our roof. The clean up was spotless. I was very pleased with how professional Bill was and answered every question we had from the very beginning of the process.

Kind Guys And Hard Workers!

Bill was great from the start, explaining everything as we needed and making the entire process easy and pleasant to go through. He made sure to show me everything they offered, had great pricing and every worker is licensed so you don’t have random unlicensed people working on your roof. It is a huge investment so that was important to us. Bill worked with me a long time to decide a color and the end result is a beautiful roof. The clean up was also immaculate and we didn’t have to have a dumpster sitting in our driveway for days. Their methods and work are second to none and I would highly recommend them!
